The Healthy Elder Life Program's H.E.L.P. Line was created by Ramona VNA & Hospice to assist seniors in the community to locate resources available to them.

Who can call the H.E.L.P. Line?   Seniors, those caring for them, or those seeking more information on services available to elders in Southwestern Riverside County may contact the H.E.L.P. line.

Can I schedule an appointment to obtain in-depth information?   Yes!  Our licensed nurse is available by phone from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to provide information and answer questions.  Upon request, we may also schedule an appointment for a representative to visit your home and review resources available to you.

Worried about your elderly relative who lives alone?   Our H.E.L.P. Line is available for daily or weekly check-in phone calls to seniors who live alone.  Call 1-888-98ELDER (888-983-5337) for more information.
